Golf (Resident)

What it includes:

  • Access to both Tom Fazio courses and the scenic par-3 signature Hog Hole
  • Use of the double-sided practice range, short game areas, locker rooms, dining, pool, fitness center, and racquet sports

Who it's for:

  • Anyone whose primary residence is within 30 miles of Forest Creek. You're here year-round (six months or more), and this is your home club.

Golf (Non-Resident)

What it includes:

  • Access to both Tom Fazio courses and the scenic par-3 signature Hog Hole
  • Use of the double-sided practice range, short game areas, locker rooms, dining, pool, fitness center, and racquet sports

Who it's for:

  • Anyone whose primary residence is more than 30 miles away, and spends less than six months per year in the area. This is your seasonal retreat, the place you come to remember why you love the game.

Golf (Young Professional)

What it includes:

  • Limited access to both Tom Fazio courses and the scenic par-3 signature Hog Hole
  • Use of the double-sided practice range, short game areas, locker rooms, dining, pool, fitness center, and racquet sports

Who it's for:

  • Anyone 27-39 years old who focuses on golf and plans to become a Full Golf Member in the future. This is your gateway to Forest Creek: play the courses, meet the community, and build your path to full membership.

House (Social)

What it includes:

  • Access to dining and club events, fitness center, pool, racquet sports, and locker rooms. Does not include access to practice facilities or courses.

Who it's for:

  • Anyone who loves the community and amenities, but isn't focused on golf. House membership is about being part of Forest Creek's community without the golf commitment.
